Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by Pixel Nodes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Our infrastructure (Bare-metal, VPS, Game Servers) is strictly monitored for abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:

• Hosting malicious scripts, botnets, or participating in DDoS attacks.
• Hosting illegal content, including copyright infringement material.
• Utilizing game servers for malicious unapproved activities.
• Intentionally attempting to degrade network performance for other tenants.

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. Pixel Nodes offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee on shared Game Hosting services. Dedicated Servers, Colocation, and ASN hardware proxy leasing are strictly non-refundable due to the physical provisioning required.

We guarantee that our network and power infrastructure will be available 99.9% of the time in any given billing cycle. If we fail to meet this SLA, you are entitled to service credits equivalent to the duration of the downtime.

Pixel Nodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund if a client violates any provision of the AUP or Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data. In the event of service suspension (including due to non-payment), all server data and backups will become locked and inaccessible. Data recovery or access will only be granted upon successful renewal or reactivation of the service. Pixel Nodes is not liable for any data loss under any circumstance.
