Pixel Nodes collects information necessary to provision and maintain your hosting services. This includes your name, email address, billing address, and payment information. We also log IP addresses and diagnostic telemetry for DDoS mitigation and infrastructure security.

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To provision, manage, and monitor your Bare-Metal and Cloud environments.
• To process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To send critical infrastructure updates and support responses.
• To comply with global legal obligations.

Pixel Nodes will never sell, lease, or rent your personal data. We only share data with trusted infrastructure partners (such as payment gateways like Stripe) specifically required to operate the service. We do not share data for marketing purposes.

We will send you service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so (e.g., scheduled maintenance, security alerts). You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

As a Data Controller of the files you upload to your assigned VPS/Game Server, you have complete end-to-end control. Pixel Nodes staff will never inspect customer file systems without explicit written consent provided through an active support ticket.
